Digital goods are final
Because products are delivered instantly and automatically in-game, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once delivered.
Failed deliveries
If you paid but did not receive your item, do not worry — open a ticket on our Discord with your order ID and we will redeliver it or refund you.
Wrong username
Items delivered to a username you mistyped at checkout cannot be refunded, but contact support and we will do our best to help.
